When? Wednesday, July 15th, 2:00-3:00 p.m. EDT – An Hour of Dialogue with John Britt on Who Killed Change?
What? A one hour dialogue with John Britt on Who Killed Change?
Description: Key suspects often kill change in organizations (Vision, Urgency, Communication, Culture, Plan, Budget, Accountability). Who is the high profile suspect in your church or organization, and how can you lead/manage these? How can we reconcile the expectations of behavior of a follower of Christ and the great need for increased accountability in our organizations? In a change initiative, what are your employee or congregation key questions and concerns and how can you better address them?
What are your questions about change and how organizations undermine it? What are the most significant issues you are facing in your congregation regarding change? What has worked for you? What has not worked for you? This is your opportunity to pose your questions to a seasoned expert, author, and churchman on change in organizations and the implications for congregations.
Presenter: John Britt is a partner at Mountjoy and Bressler, a CPA and Management Advisory firm located in Louisville, KY. He is a follower of Christ and co-author, along with Ken Blanchard, of Who Killed Change?: Solving the Problem of Leading People Through Change, published in May 2009
